A little herbal story.
Tea is a simple product. Jiggle some dried leaves in hot water, and a few minutes later, voila, a comforting brew to enjoy with good conversation or a couple of cookies. It’s so easy to prepare that we drink tea daily, several times a day. What if every cup of tea offers us healing? If such a simple, unremarkable daily act could enhance or improve our health, or prevent illness?
Abundant Earth Organic Herbal tea range was created to provide a convenient, enjoyable way to incorporate healing herbs into daily life. OK, herbal teas are not really teas, since tea, such as Black tea, Green tea, Red tea, Oolong tea, comes from the tea bush, and herbs, come from? - right, herbs. Most herbs do not contain caffeine.
Herbs are humble and amazing healers. Many of them are considered weeds. Many of these weeds have powerful health-giving properties. They are rich in minerals and vitamins, antioxidants, and countless healing plant compounds. Drinking herbal teas as a lifestyle is an easy & enjoyable way to boost your health and well being.
It is said that we are what we repeatedly do. Success is achieved through consistent practice of simple daily habits. This is also true of health. We can cultivate good health, day by day, cup by cup.
We only stock herbs from Certified Organic sources.
