1. PRICING

All prices are in Singapore Dollars. 

2. PAYMENT

We currently accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, and Bank Transfer. For Credit Card and PayPal payments, click on 'Checkout with PayPal' at Checkout. For Bank Transfer, click on the green 'Checkout' button, whereby you will be given the payment details. 

3. DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING RATES

i. Local Orders

You will receive your order typically within 1-3 days. A flat $7.00 delivery fee applies to all orders below $80.00. Orders of $80.00 and above enjoy FREE delivery.

ii. Malaysia Orders

Orders are despatched via Singpost Registered Mail.

We do ship internationally. Please contact us for a quotation. 

4. ORDERS

i. EXCHANGE POLICY

Consumable and personal care products may not be exchanged. 

Items that do not fall into the above categories may be exchanged, provided they are returned as new. If you require an exchange, please contact us within 10 days from the issue date of email sales confirmation with your exchange request. Postage costs will be at the Customer's expense. Any exchange requests made after ten days from the issue date of email order confirmation will not be accepted. 

ii. CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Being the efficient people we are, your orders are prepared and packed as we recieve them. If you have changed your mind about your order, please inform us ASAP. We can only cancel or amend your order if it has not already been dispatched. 

iii. WHOLESALE ORDERS

We offer Wholesale rates for retailers, F&B & spa operators, and other bulk orders. For more information, fill out our wholesale enquiry form. 

5. PRIVACY & SECURITY

We are totally committed to protecting your privacy. Your information is not disclosed to third parties, except when it is required to provide a service to you - e.g. arranging for delivery, carrying out credit and other security checks, for the purposes of customer research and profiling, or when we have your express permission to do so. 

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
